After a block containing only G05 is specified in normal NC format,
operation can be performed by specifying movement data in the format
described below. Once zero has been specified as the amount of travel for
each axis, normal NC command format is restored.

Data for binary input operation is specified in a format where the amount
of travel per unit time (2 bytes) for each axis is specified sequentially from
the first axis to the Nth axis, after which a check byte (1 byte) follows
(the data length for a single block is [2 x N + 1] bytes).
All data is represented in binary.
The unit time (ms) can be specified using bits 4, 5, and 6 (IT0, IT1, and
IT2) of parameter No. 7501.
