and it has possible to execute the program with the forward movement.
If the signal to select the mode which the program is executed by handle turns off in the reverse
mode, the execution of the program is changed to the forward movement and the program is
executed independently of the manual handle.
(3) Program end
When the block of M2 or M30 is executed, checking mode is end. And turn off the checking mode
signal when the execution of the program ends.
It is not possible to move backward from the block of M2 or M30.
If the CNC is 2 path control system, do not turn on the FIN signal when the block of M2 or M30 is
executed in one of the paths. After the block of M2 or M30 has been executed in both paths, turn on
the FIN signal.(Except for the block of waiting M code is commanded before M2 or M30 in both
paths.)
(4) Reverse movement of each code
The codes which can move backward are only G, M, S, and T-code. In the other codes, the same
codes at forward movement are output.
All modal information of the G, T, S-code is memorized at the forward movement and at the time
of the reverse movement, the modal G, T, S-code is restored from the memorized data. Because the
M-codes are grouped ( parameter No.6411-6490 ) modal like the G-codes, at the time of the reverse
movement, the M-code reverses according to the group information. As for the modal information
of the M-code, a change in each group is memorized in the execution data.
(a) G-code
Modal information on previous block is executed when moving backward in modal G-code. G-
code with a movement is traced the route opposite to forward movement .
G-code which can move backward is as follows.
The other G-codes cannot be correctly done in reverse movement, or the reverse movement is
prohibited and stopped. (See ‘2.4 Reverse movement prohibition’)
(b) M-code
A modal M-code of previous block in the same group set by the parameter is output.
