100% override speed. In thread cutting cycle, the manual handle is invalid at the time actually
cutting thread, but in the other movements it is valid
(d) Multiple command of auxiliary function
Multiple command of auxiliary function can not be used with the retrace by manual handle
function. The second and third M-codes in reverse movement are output as the same codes in
forward movement.
(e) Macro
The reverse movement of a macro program does not execute the macro that a pair is worked
( ex.: open/close operation of the chuck ) but executes the macro program itself. That is, in the
example of open/close of the chuck, CNC reverses the open operation itself, not executing the
macro program of close against to the macro program of open.
The value of the macro variable does not change at the macro command block in reverse
movement. Therefore if the macro command is executed twice in forward movement after
reverse, the macro variable might be the different from the value at the first time.
(f) Checking mode start block
Please execute the program from the head of program.
When execution begins on the way of the program, checking mode cannot be correctly done.
2.6.3 Parameter and DI / DO
(1) Parameter
6410 The movement value by 1 pulse of the manual handle
[Data type] Word type
[Unit of data] %
[Valid data range] 0 to 100
Setting the movement value by 1 pulse of handle to be converted into override.
The movement by this parameter and the handle pulse is as follows:
[Parameter setting value] × [Number of the handle pulse per a second] × [Handle
magnification] / 125
For example, if the handle magnification is 1, this parameter is set as 50, and 125 pulse are
given continuously by 1 second, the actual feedrate is the command feedrate with 50%
override.
