1 : Auxiliary function is of high–speed interface.
1) Normal interface
When the auxiliary function finish signal turns from 1 to 0, the
auxiliary function is supposed to be ended and the next block is read
for operation. Confirm the status of this signal using PMC’s
diagnostic function (PMCDGN).
