2.9.4. Wrong Tool Number Selected “WTNS”
The application is setting this alarm if the actual tool number is “out of range”. This information is coming
from the CNC system software and should be never happened.
The Alarm Message Screen will be displayed automatically in case of the status AMDS=1.
2.9.5. Alarm: Wrong Probe Touch Signal “WPTS”
The application is setting this alarm in two cases:
(1) In case of more than one probe touch signals are detected.
(2) In case of the axis related probe touch signal is different from the measured axis selected by the
operator.
The PMC program provides this information.
The Alarm Message Screen will be displayed automatically in case of the status AMDS=1.
2.9.6. Alarm: Wrong Alarm Number Request “WANR”
This alarm is for software development and debugging only and can’t generate during normal operation.
2.9.7. Alarm: Wrong Function Number Request “WFNR”
This alarm is for software development and debugging only and can’t generate during normal operation.
2.9.8. Alarm: Not All Tool Posts are Measured “NAPM”
The application program is setting this alarm in case of the falling edge of the signal “TPMP” is detected
and not all tool posts are measured.
The alarm display status “AMDS” hasn’t any influence to this alarm, because the alarm message screen will
be displayed always.
The alarm can only be cleared in case that the tool post measurement request is started again and all
available tool posts are measured.
The PMC program has to take care in case of an active alarm NAPM
that a movement of any axis is impossible.
