213 ILLEGAL COMMAND IN

(M series)
Movement is commanded for the axis to be
synchronously controlled. Any of the fol-
lowing alarms occurred in the operation
with the simple synchronization control.
1) The program issued the move com-
mand to the slave axis.
2) The program issued the manual contin-
uous feed/manual handle feed/incre-
mental feed command to the slave
axis.
3) The program issued the automatic ref-
erence position return command with-
out specifying the manual reference
position return after the power was
turned on.
4) The difference between the position er-
ror amount of the master and slave
axes exceeded the value specified in
PRM8313.

an axis subject to synchronous control.

is out of the range. Modify the program.

dent blocks. Modify the program.

In the synchronous operation, movement
is commanded by the NC program or PMC
axis control interface for the synchronous
axis. Modify the program or check the PMC
ladder.
221 ILLEGAL COMMAND IN

(T series)
Polygon machining synchronous opera-
tion and Cs axis control or balance cutting
are executed at a time. Modify the pro-
gram.

(M series)
Input and output are executed at a time in
the background edition.
Execute a correct operation.
224 RETURN TO REFERENCE
POINT
Reference position return has not been
performed before the automatic operation
starts. Perform reference position return
only when PRM 1005#0 is 0.
If this alarm is issued on a Cs contour con-
trol axis or spindle positioning axis, set
PRM1005#0.
