Condensation
A condensation sensor is mounted near the output mirror holder
in the oscillator. This alarm occurs when the sensor detects
condensation. After this alarm occurs, the alarm status cannot be
reset until the condensation status is released. Do not blow hot
air of 60°C or higher on the condensation sensor. Flowing dry air
in the oscillator is effective.

High-frequency output of 2 MHz that is controlled by the CNC discharges the laser gas flows through discharge tubes to energize CO2 molecules. (3)
