The I/O operation panel window is to display the state of the I/O signals
and the on-off state of signals can be changed by the operation.
Moreover, the data count, data length, and the data type etc. of the I/O
signals can be specified by the I/O operation panel setting and the
address of the I/O signal can be freely arranged.
