This parameter is available only when you use Linear Motor Position Detection Circuit H.
Changing this parameter occurs P/S alarm 000 (PLEASE TURN OFF POWER).
When you set this parameter, detection unit at FFG=1/1 is (Signal pitch /512[µm]).
Please use (Signal pitch/512[µm]) for the parameter calculation of FFG, AMR conversion
coefficient, Number of position pulses, and Number of velocity pulses. If you need
minimum detection unit (Signal pitch /2048[um]), please set FFG=4/1.
When you use nano-interpolation, all position feedback pulses from separate scale is
used as decimal position feedback.
