indica-
tion(*1)
Faulty location and remedyDescription
06 When the output switching control function is not
used, the low–speed winding is selected (RCH =
1).
Check the power line status signal (RCH).
07 When a Cs contour control command is input, SFR
(forward rotation command) or SRV (reverse rota-
tion command) is not input.
Check the sequence.
08 When a servo mode (such as rigid tapping or
spindle positioning) control command is input, SFR
(forward rotation command) or SRV (reverse rota-
tion command) is not input.
Check the sequence.
09 When a spindle synchronization control command
is input, SFR (forward rotation command) or SRV
(reverse rotation command) is not input.
Check the sequence.
10 When a Cs contour control command is input,
another mode (servo mode, spindle synchroniza-
tion control, or orientation) is specified.
During execution of a Cs contour control command, do
not specify another mode. Before entering another
mode, cancel the Cs contour control command.
11 When a servo mode (such as rigid tapping or
spindle positioning) command is input, another
mode (Cs contour control, spindle synchronization
control, or orientation) is specified.
During execution of a servo mode command, do not
specify another mode. Before entering another mode,
cancel the servo mode command.
12 When a spindle synchronization control command
is input, another mode (Cs contour control, servo
mode, or orientation) is specified.
During execution of a spindle synchronization control
command, do not specify another mode. Before entering
another mode, cancel the spindle synchronization con-
trol command.
14 SFR (forward rotation command) and SRV (re-
verse rotation command) are input at the same
time.
Input either of the commands.
17 The speed detector parameter settings (bits 2, 1, 0
of parameter No. 4011) are invalid. No speed de-
tector corresponds to the settings.
Check the parameter settings.
18 When the parameter settings are made not to use
the position, meaning that position control is not
performed (bits 3, 2, 1, 0 of parameter No. 4002 =
0, 0, 0, 0), orientation by a position coder is speci-
fied.
Check the parameter settings and input signal.
24 For continuous indexing in orientation by a position
coder, an incremental operation (INCMD = 1) is first
performed, and an absolute position command
(INCMD = 0) is then input.
Check INCMD (incremental command). Before absolute
position commands are executed successively, absolute
position command orientation must be performed first.
29 The parameter settings are made to use the short-
est time orientation function (bit 6 of parameter No.
4018 = 0, parameters No. 4320 to 4323 ( 0).
The shortest time orientation function cannot be used.
Use orientation by a normal method.
31 This hardware configuration does not allow the
spindle FAD function to be used. In this case, the
motor is not excited.
Check the CNC model.
33 This hardware configuration does not allow the
spindle EGB function to be used. In this case, the
motor is not excited.
Check the CNC model.
34 The spindle FAD function and spindle EGB func-
tion are both enabled. In this case, the motor is not
excited.
These two functions cannot be used at the same time.
Enable only either of them.
