Set an upper feedrate limit for AI High Precision Contour Control. If a feedrate
higher than the value set in this parameter is specified in the AI High Precision
Contour Control mode, the feedrate is clamped to the value set in this parameter.
When 0 is set in this parameter, the feedrate is not clamped.
When bit 7 (NOF) of parameter No. 8451 is set to 1, the specification of the
feedrate set in this parameter is assumed. If 0 is set in this parameter at this time,
the P/S0011 alarm is issued.
