2 Specification
2.1 Display maintenance screens
PRM No.15160#0(MNT) should be set to 1 in order to display Laser maintenance screens.
2.2 Display of power calibration coefficient history
2.2.1 Logging power calibration coefficients
When power calibration works, power calibration coefficient, RF voltage No.1 and date are
logged after calculating power calibration coefficient.
Special operation (parameter setting etc.) is not needed to log the power calibration
coefficient. The data are logged automatically.
30 Power calibration coefficients can be logged. If data are over 30, the oldest data are
deleted and new data are logged.
2.2.2 Reference of logged power calibration coefficients
Push soft-key [PW.OFS], and screens for power calibration coefficient history are displayed.
There are 3 pages for the screens and 10 data are shown every page. Newer data are shown
upper of screen. In other word, the newest data are shown at No.1 of page 1.
Push Page-key on MDI panel to change page of the screens.
The logged data cannot be edited.
