2.4 History of alarm related to electrical discharge
2.4.1Alarm that alarm data related to electrical discharge is saved
CNC saves the data to display on the history screen of alarm related to the electrical
discharge when the following alarms were detected.
• ALM.4063 LASER GAS/LASER PSU
• ALM.4066 DISCHARGING
• ALM.4076 LASER POWER DOWN
• ALM.4088 LASER VOLTAGE DOWN
2.4.2 Saving of alarm data related to electrical discharge
When the alarm related to the electrical discharge occurs, CNC saves the data of the working
condition etc. for the power supply.
The data are saved automatically. So, any special operation (parameter setting etc.) is not
needed to save the data.
Data can be saved up to 5 sets, and when 5 sets of alarms or more occurs, the oldest data set
is deleted and new data set is saved.
When the power calibration is normally ended, one data set is saved just before the end of
calibration besides the above five data when the alarm is occurred.
As a result, the data when the alarm occurs can be compared with the data when it is normal.
2.4.3Reference to alarm data related to preserved electrical discharge
Push soft-key [ALARM], and screens for power calibration coefficient history are displayed.
There are 6 pages for this function, the first page shows the data when the power calibration
And the 2nd to 6th page shows the data when the alarms occur.
Push Page-key on MDI panel to change the screens.
The logged data cannot be edited.
2.4.4 Data displayed on history screen of alarm related to electrical discharge
When the above-mentioned alarms occur or the power calibration ends, CNC saves the
(1) Data saved at normal termination of power calibration operation
• Calibration completion date
• Calibration completion time
• Beam output condition (peak power, pulse frequency, pulse duty)
• Actual power
• Power calibration coefficients
• Power supply condition data (RFV,RFI,DCV,DCI,DCW)
