Specifying
the Rough shape
In case of cutting work piece with the Rough shape like the following figure,
Fig.1.1.3, it is necessary to specify the Rough shape.
An operator specifies the points making up the Rough shape. Each points of the
outer and inner of the Rough shape can be specified up to the 12 points.
• Specifying method 1 - - Specify directly the Rough shape

• Specifying method 2 - - Specifying the Rough shape in the Sub Program
Rough shape also can be defined as the Sub Program like the definition of the
finishing figure.
(Note) In case of using the work piece with the rough shape, the parameter
9777<#7:ACC> must be set to 1. And Rough shape must be specified
before the blocks of define the finishing figure.
In case of specifying inner rough shape, it is necessary to specify outer rough
shape also as follows.
G110 X40. Z-40. ; ---- Specifying (1o)
G111 Z0. ; ---- Specifying (1o)
G110 B1 X20. Z0. ; ---- Specifying (1i)
