G41/G42 (cutter compensation C: M series, tool–nose radius com-
pensation: T series) was specified in MDI mode. (Depending on the set-
ting of bit 4 of parameter No. 5008)
5303 TOUCH PANEL ERROR A touch panel error occurred.
Cause:
1. The touch panel is kept pressed.
2. The touch panel was pressed when power was turned on.
Remove the above causes, and turn on the power again.
