Signal
SV speed control mode signals SRVON1 to SRVON8<Gn521>
[Classification] Input signal
[Function] These signals switch the corresponding axes to SV speed control mode.
[Operation] Setting these signals to 1 causes the corresponding axes to enter SV speed
control mode.
Setting these signals to 0 causes the corresponding axes to exit from SV
speed control mode.
When you turn signal OFF while rotating, live tool indexing is executed.
Then SV speed control mode is turned off. The live tool indexing
is executed with R0(absolute position 0).
NOTE
Even if these signals are 1, if SV speed control mode is
turned OFF (SV speed control mode in-progress signal
Fn521 becomes 0), the spindle control function is not
enabled. To enable it, set these signals again.
SV reverse signals SVRVS1 to SVRVS8<Gn523>
[Classification] Input signal
[Function] These signals switch the corresponding axes to reverse the
direction of rotation.
[Operation] Setting these signals to 1 causes the corresponding axes to reverse
the direction of the rotation.
Setting these signals to 0 causes the corresponding axes to exit from reverse
of the direction of the rotation.
NOTE
These signals are effective while rigid tapping.
SV speed control mode in-progress signals SVREV1 to SVREV8<Fn521>
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] These signals report that the corresponding axes are in SV speed control
mode.
[Output condition] They become "1" if:
・The corresponding axes are in SV speed control mode.
They become "0" if:
・The corresponding axes are not in SV speed control mode.
・The corresponding axes are in position control mode.
