Feedback pulses before F.F.G per one motor rotation = 8mm / (4µm / 512) = 1024000 P/rev
No.2024 = 1024000 / 100
= 10240
No.2185 = 100
(Example 6) Full-closed linear axis, linear scale (4µm pitch) + High precision serial output circuit H
(A860-0333-T701, 2048 division), Ball screw 8mm/rev, 0.1µm detective unit
Feedback pulses before F.F.G per one motor rotation = 8mm / (4µm / 2048) = 4096000 P/rev
No.2024 = 4096000 / 400
= 10240
No.2185 = 400
(Note) No.2274#0(HP2048) is not available. Be careful to maximum feed speed.
(2) Turn off the power supply, then turn it on. (Auto loading)
(Note 1) In case of Learning axis, set the following parameter, turn on and off the power supply.
• No.2008#5 set to 1 for Learning axis.
(Note 2) In case of Linear motor, set the following parameter, turn on and off the power supply.
In detail, refer to “FANUC AC SERVO MOTOR
αi series Parameter Manual” (B-65270E).
Example) Linear scale (LS486, 20µm pitch), 6000B (magnetic pitch 60mm)
• No.2010#2 set to 1.
• No.2023 set to 5000/10.
• No.2024 set to 160000/10.
• No.2112 set to 512×(60/20)=1536.
(Ref.) The obsolete specification required to set the high-speed axis (N2005#4). But the current software
does NOT.
5.1.4
Caution in case of servo parameter setting for High-speed axis
The obsolete specification of High-speed axis
High-speed axis (N2005#4=1) improves a performance of processing capacity because one axis occupies
one servo DSP. This axis must be allocated to the odd axis as servo axis and the sequent even axis can’t
be used.
With regard to
αL9 or αL6 used for Piston lathe or Lead cutting machine, the parameters for High-speed
cutting are designed for the application. You should set No.2020 to 74 for
αL9, to 75 for αL6. In this case,
High-speed axis is set automatically. Refer to “Appendix 3. Parameter table for Learning control”.
(Ref.) In the former Learning series, High-speed axis means axis which high-speed distribution (N7505#0)
is available. In case of high gain setting (HRV2+velocity loop 0.5ms), high-speed axis was surely required
regardless of high-speed distribution setting. Current Learning series are possible to get high gain setting
and high speed distribution setting without high-speed axis.
