5.3.3 FSSB connection
(1) Case of one FSSB path
All slave units (Servo amplifier or Outer detector I/F unit) need to be suitable for HRV3. And you must set
the HRV2 or High gain setting for all axes without Piston axis.
(2) Case of two FSSB paths
If you connect all slave units (Servo amplifier or Outer detector I/F unit) without Piston axis to another
FSSB path, those salve units is without restriction for HRV3. Furthermore other axes except piston axis
don’t require setting HRV2 or High gain setting.
However, if Piston axis is full-closed system, Outer detect I/F unit must be suitable for HRV3 and be
connected with the same FSSB path on Piston axis.
