When a tool life is specified by
time
The following is the explanation of the case when the life count is specified
by time.
The tool management data table is assumed to be the following states.
The magazine management table is assumed to be the same as a case of the
type to count the number of times.

When the count type is specified by time, the actual cutting time (second
number) is counted.
(1) The life counter reaches at 3600 seconds (maximum tool life), and tool
life is exhausted.
(2) The state of the tool life of tool management data No.1 is changed to
three (life is over) on the CNC.
(3) CNC searches another tool with the same type number and which life
still remains.
(4) The individual tool change signal TLCHI<F064#2> turns to "1".
(5) When the life of all tools with the same tool type number has been
reached, the tool change signal TLCH<F064#0> turns to "1".
(6) Even if life is over, machining program is continued until the end of
program.
