The previous notice of tool life attainment signal TLCHB <F064#3>
TLCHB1 to 4 <F329#4 to #7>
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] Reports that the life of the tool under use is nortified to approach.
[Output condition] The signal is set to "1" when:

• The life value of the tool under use becomes below the previous notice
life value in the tool management data.
When parameter ETE (No.13200#3) = 0 :
The signal is set to “1” when the life of the tool under use becomes
below the previous notice life value and when the lives of the other tools
with the same tool type number are already over.
When parameter ETE ( No.13200#3 ) = 1 :
The signal is set to “1” when the life of the tool under use becomes
below the previous notice life value even if the lives of the other tools
with the same tool type number still remain. ( A previous notice of
attainment of each tool ).
case : Tool life count type is “count” :
The signal is set to “1” after the tool life counter value attains to the
previous notice life value and the completion signal FIN corresponding
to the M06 command is informed.
case : Tool life count type is “time” :
The signal is set to “1” as soon as the tool life counter value attains to
the previous notice life value.
The signal is set to "0" when:

• The life value of the tool under use becomes more than the previous
notice life value in the tool management data. Actually, by changing the
tool under use to the tool with larger life value than the previous notice
life value, the signal is set to “0”.
NOTE
When the previous notice life value is “0”, the signal
will not be output.

[Classification] Input signal
[Function] Select the spindle position which tool life does not count.
[Operation] This signal is set to “0”, CNC operates as follows.
The tool life at the 1-4
th
spindle position selected by this signal is not
managed its life data.
