(A) Parts counts
Total machined parts count
A cumulative value, which is incremented by 1 when M02, M30,
or the M code specified for parameter No. 2426 is executed. The
value cannot be set from this screen. It can be set for parameter
No. 108.
Required parts count
Set the number of machined parts that are required.
"0" is regarded as being an infinite number of parts.
The number can also be set for parameter No. 109.
Machined parts count
A cumulative value, which is incremented by 1 when M02, M30,
or the M code specified for parameter No. 2426 is executed.
The value can also be set for parameter No. 107.
The count may be set so that it is reset when it reaches the required
parts count. Refer to the manual supplied by the machine tool
builder.
(B) Operating time
Power-on time
The cumulative power-on time is displayed. The time cannot be
set from this screen. It can be set for parameter No. 100.
Automatic operation time
Cumulative automatic operation time (excluding the time when
automatic operation is stopped or paused). The time can be set
from this screen.
It can also be set for parameters Nos. 101 and 102.
Cutting time
Cumulative time of cutting feed due to linear interpolation (G01),
circular interpolation (G02, G03), and so on.
The time can also be set for parameters Nos. 103 and 104.
Cycle time
Cumulative automatic operation time (excluding the time when
automatic operation is stopped or paused), which is preset at the
start of a cycle from a reset state. The time can be set from this
screen. It is preset to 0 when the power is cut off.
General-purpose timer time
Cumulative time of the general-purpose timer that starts and stops
with input signals from the PMC. The time can be set from this
screen.
It can also be set for parameters Nos. 105 and 106.
The timer can be used to show the cumulative coolant-on time, for
example. Refer to the manual supplied by the machine tool
builder for details.
