7.17 POWER SENSOR UNIT
Be careful not to touch or apply force to the black, light-sensitive
surface. Also ensure that no dust enters the sensor.
7.17.1 Replacement Method
(1) Turn off the power to the CNC, then turn off the main circuit
breaker and power supply for the laser oscillator.
(2) Disconnect the coaxial cable from the power sensor unit.
(3) Remove the mounting screws of the power sensor unit, and
remove the unit.
(4) Mount a new unit by reversing steps (2) and (3).
(5) Turn on the laser, then check that the laser output indication
appears.

8.5, and check the compensation coefficient.

To keep the oscillator in a satisfactory operating condition over a long period, however, it is necessary to carry out periodic maintenance (including daily
