4.2 Stop Cycles
By pressing icon, stop cycle selection
screen opens. As soon as the geometry data of
stop cycle have been saved electronic stops for X
and Z axis become active. Stops prevent tool from
moving into protected X or Z area.
Two groups of stop cycles are available
Standard Stop Cycles (9 Cycles)
- Outer Corner/Radius/Chamfer
- Outer Back Corner/Radius/Chamfer
- Inner Corner/Radius/Chamfer
The standard cycles are basically designed for
general machining.
Face Stop Cycles (6 Cycles)
- Face Outer Radius/Corner
- Face
Back Radius/Corner
- Face
Inner radius/Corner
The face cycles are basically designed for
machining chamfers and radiuses at workpiece
corners.
Cycle selection screen. To select a cycle press on
touch areas. Press to return to main screen
In most of the cycles it is not necessary to insert a
value in all data items. Data items in which a
value must be inserted are marked by sign.
Stop cycle selection screen. To select cycle and
edit geometry data press on touch areas. Press
to return to main screen
