1 Main screen
All machining operations can be executed from the main screen. Sub screens are used for preparatory
functions like work piece zero point setting, feedrate setting, cycle selection, cycle editing. Up to 40 cycles
can be saved into CNC memory.
By pressing touch area, screen for
setting work coordinate setting
opens.
By pressing touch area, screen for
setting spindle speed opens. This
screen is available only on lathes
equipped with a frequency
converter.
By pressing touch area, screen for
cutting feedrate setting opens.
By pressing touch area, screen for
tool selection and tool
measurement opens.
By pressing touch area a cycle
previously saved to CNC memory
can be called from memory.
Memory positions from 1 to 15 are
available to save cycles. Memory
position 0 is reserved for
conventional manual machining.
By pressing EDIT touch area
geometry data of selected cycle
(data displayed screen) can be
modified.
By pressing NEW touch area a new
type of cycle can be selected from
a menu and saved to current
memory position.
By pressing COMM touch area
screen for serial communication
opens. On this screen geometry
data of operation 1 to 15 can be
saved or direct numerical control
DNC mode can be activated.
By pressing ALARM touch area
screen switches to alarm screen. If
a CNC alarm comes up switch
starts flashing.
