In case the tilted working plane command is set to be executed by CNC(Parameter
RTW(No.19600#6)=0), AI high precision contour control, AI NANO high precision
contour control and 5-axis machining function can be specified only when the tilted
working plane command is canceled, and if AI high precision contour control, AI
NANO high precision contour control and 5-axis machining function is specified
during the tilted working plane mode, the alarm(P/S5012) occurs.
Even if the tilted working plane command is set to be executed by CNC, the tilted
working plane command can be specified in the AI high precision contour control
during AI NANO high precision contour control mode(G05P10000-G05P0).
