When the PA angle is (*1):
The output angle is: (A θ2 - 360 × (N + 1) degrees; B φ2 degrees).
Namely, θ2 - 360 × (N + 1) degrees is adopted because it is nearer to PA than θ2 -
360 × N, and φ2, which is the same pair with θ2, is adopted as the output angle of B.
When the PA angle is (*2):
The output angle is: (A θ1 degrees; B φ1 degrees).
Namely, θ1 degrees is adopted because it is nearer to PA than θ2, and φ1, which is
the same pair with θ1, is adopted as the output angle of B.
When the PA angle is (*3):
The output angle is: (A θ + 360 × N degrees; B φ2 degrees).
Namely, θ2 + 360 × N degrees is adopted because it is nearer to PA than θ1 + 360 ×
(N + 1), and φ2, which is the same pair with θ2. is adopted as the output angle of B.
When the moving angle of rotation axis A (master) of pairs are the same, a
"movement judgement" is made for rotation axis B (slave) according to the "output
judgement conditions."
If the "output angle" of rotation axis A is determined by the "movement judgement" for
rotation axis A, the computed angle of axis B in the same pair with the output angle of
axis A is adopted . But, there are many angles of axis B by adding 360 degrees. So,
among them, the "smaller moving angle" of axis B is adopted as the "output angle" of
rotation axis B.
Similarly, if the "output angle" of rotation axis B is determined by the "movement
judgement" for rotation axis B, the computed angle representing the "smaller moving
angle" is adopted as the "output angle" of rotation axis A.
CAUTION
1 To use the rotation axis roll-over function, set parameter No. 1260
(amount of rotation axis movement per rotation) to 360 degrees.
2 A stroke limit before movement is applied to the rotation axis subject
to tool axis direction control.
