- Rapid traverse rate in canned cycle
In the tilted working plane command mode, the rapid traverse rate in canned cycle
becomes the maximum cutting feedrate. Also, it is possible to operate at the specified
feedrate by setting the value in parameter No.5412.
- Custom macro system variables
Coordinates on the workpiece coordinate system are assigned to system variables
#5041 to #5048 (current position on each axis). About the system variables
#5041-#5048 and #5061-#5068(skip coordinates) in the three-dimensional coordinate
conversion or tilted working plane command mode they can be changed by
parameter VL3(No.5400#5) as follows.
In case of VL3 =0, they can be read as work coordinate system value.
In case of VL3=1, they can be read as featuer coordinate system value.
- Reset
If a reset occurs during the tilted working plane command mode, the mode is
canceled and the modal G code is changed to G69.
However, when the parameter D3R (No.5400#2) is set to “1”, it is possible to cancel
only by the G69. In case of D3R=1 the tilted working plane command mode is not
canceled even if CNC is reset by the reset operation or input signal from PMC.
- Three-dimensional coordinate conversion mode signal
Output signal D3ROT<F062.6> indicates whether the three-dimensional coordinate
conversion or the tilted working plane command mode is activated or not. the signal
is set to 1 when the three–dimensional coordinate conversion or the tilted working
plane command mode is activated.
- Change of three-dimensional coordinate conversion manual intervention signal
In the three-dimensional coordinate conversion or the tilted working plane command
mode, when the D3M<G031.3> input signal from PMC is HIGH, it is available to
move the axis according to feature coordinate system by manual jog, manual
incremental feed, or manual handle feed. When the D3M signal is LOW, the
three-dimensional conversion is not effective for the above three manual operations
even in the three-dimensional coordinate conversion or the tilted working plane
command mode.
- Constant surface control
The constant surface control is controlled based on the axis of the machine set in
parameter No.3770. (this axis is not in feature coordinate system but in work
coordinate system)
- External deceleration

The external deceleration decelerates by inputting the signal of the machine axis
which is not in feature coordinate system but in work coordinate system.
