[Function] Turns off the manual absolute function.
[Operation] When this signal is set to 1, the control unit operates as follows:

[Function] Notifies the PMC of the state of the manual absolute
signal.
[Output condition] This signal is set to 1 in the following case:
- When the manual absolute signal *ABS is set to 0
This signal is set to 0 in the following case:
- When manual absolute signal *ABSM is set to 1
