<About the hypothetical axis>
In some cases, it is convenient to use an imaginary rotary axis whose
angle is fixed at a certain value.
An example of these cases might be a case in which a tool is
mounted through an attachment in a slanted manner.
In this case, the imaginary axis is the hypothetical axis.
Parameter No.19696#0,#1 specify whether the corresponding axes
are ordinary or hypothetical axes.
