Overview

Unexpected disturbance torque detection function includes a feature that, ‘when

disturbance torque is detected on an axis, the axis is retraced in the opposite direction to

feeding direction’. This retrace is executed only the axis which unexpected torque has been

detected. So, this retrace function can not be applied to position tandem (simple

synchronous)axis.

This time, we have added new feature that, when unexpected torque is detected on one axis

of position tandem control, retrace is applied to both axes of position tandem. With this

function, retrace can be applied to position tandem axis also.

This retrace function becomes valid only when both axes of position tandem control are

located on the same DSP. Following bit parameter should be set to 1 on both master

and slave axes of position tandem control.
