2. LED display when an error occurs (STATUS LED)
No. LED display NC status
1 STATUS Ljjj An error (1) occurred in the high–speed SRAM or
DRAM module of the CNC.
2 STATUS jLjj An error occurred in the file SRAM.
3 STATUS LLjj An error (2) occurred in the high–speed SRAM or
DRAM module of the CNC.
4 STATUS jjLj The CRT control module is not supported by the
installed CNC software.
5 STATUS LjLj The main CPU board is not supported by the
installed CNC software.
6 STATUS jLLj An illegal PC board is installed in a slot of the FA-
NUC bus. Two or more identical PC boards are
installed when only one is permitted.
7 STATUS LLLj A system error (stack overflow) occurred.
8 STATUS jjjL An illegal module is installed in the flash ROM
module.
9 STATUS LjjL A flash ROM file configuration error (CNC area)
occurred.
10 STATUS jLjL A flash ROM file configuration error (PMC area)
occurred.
16 STATUS jJJJ A system error (NMI to the CNC CPU) occurred.

1 ALARM Jjj The voltage of the backup battery has fallen below
the specified minimum level.
2 ALARM jJj SYSFAIL (fault in a module on the F–bus)
occurred.
3 ALARM JJj SYSEMG occurred in an additional shelf. (An NMI
occurred in a module mounted on the F–bus of
the additional shelf side.)
4 ALARM jjJ SYSEMG (NMI in a module on the F–bus)
occurred.
5 ALARM JjJ An ABC alarm (parity alarm in the file SRAM, fault
in the peripheral bus, SUB bus, multiaxis bus, or
FANUC bus) occurred.
6 ALARM jJJ A parity alarm occurred in the DRAM module.
7 ALARM JJJ A parity alarm occurred in the high–speed SRAM
module.
