TVC Specifies whether TV check is performed.
0 : Do not perform.
1 : Perform.
CTV Specifies whether characters are counted for TV check during control out.
0 : Count.
1 : Do not count.
ISP Specifies whether ISO codes contain a parity bit.
0 : Contain parity bit.
1 : Do not contain parity bit.
(A parity bit is located at channel 8 in a punched tape in the ISO code.)
NCR Specifies how to punch an EOB (end–of–block) code when using ISO
codes.
0 : Punch LF CR CR.
1 : Punch LF.
EIA Specifies the code system to use for punch codes.
0 : ISO code
1 : EIA code
