NC internal processing sequence information and spindle status 2
SNOTC2 1 : No SIC2–LSI connected to the serial line
SNCRM2 1 : NC SIC2–LSI error (parameter check error)
SSPRM2 1 : NC SIC2–LSI communication busy high, or spindle SIC2–LSI error
(parameter check error)
SSTB2 1 : NC ready to communicate but the second spindle is not
SREQ2 1 : NC operable but the second spindle is requesting a parameter
SLES2 1 : More spindle amplifiers connected than the number of spindles
specified by parameter
Check the details of the alarm according to diagnostic Nos. 1500 to 1503.
(1)1500#2 (SNER), 1500#3 (CER), 1500#4 (CMER), 1500#5 (CALM),
1500#7 (SALMI)
An error has occurred during communication with the spindle
amplifier.
↓
This error may occur as a secondary error for an error indicated by
diagnostic No. 1501, 1502, or 1503. If another error has occurred,
first apply appropriate countermeasures for that error.
↓
If only this error has occurred, apply countermeasures against
noise.
↓
If the above fails to clear the error, the spindle module,
communication cable, or spindle amplifier may be faulty.
(2)1501#1 (SICTYP) = 0
The conditions for controlling a serial spindle are not satisfied.
↓
Check that a serial spindle module is installed.
Check that the serial spindle option parameters are set.
Check that parameter No. 5606 is set so that a serial spindle is to
be used.
(3) 1502#4(SSTB1), 1503#4(SSTB2), 1502#5(SREQ1), 1503#5(SREQ2)
Synchronization with a serial spindle is not established.
↓
Collate the number of connected serial spindles specified with
parameter No. 5606, with the number of spindles actually
connected.
↓
If the numbers match, the spindle module, communication cable,
or spindle amplifier may be faulty.
