Power Failure Backup Module
Descriptions
A-53866E-464
3. SPECIFICATIONS
(1) Power supplies
<1> Control power supply
24 VDC ±5% (to supply power from the PSM to connector CX14)
<2> Main circuit (DC link voltage)
A06B-6077-H002 (200V input type)
283 VDC to 339 VDC +10% -15%
(The values are when 200 VAC to 240 VAC is input to the PSM main circuit input)
A06B-6091-H002 (400V input type)
566 VDC to 679 VDC +10% -15%
(The values are when 400 VAC to 480 VAC is input to the PSM main circuit input)
(2) Power failure detector
Detects power failures on the three paths described below. Upon detecting a
power failure
on one of the three paths, the detector causes a power failure detection signal from connector CX16 and
starts the power control necessary for motor control (control described in (3) in Section 6.1 and (4) in
Section 6.1).
Path 1
: Detects a voltage drop in the three-phase AC power input to the power failure backup
module.
A06B-6077-H002 (200V input type)
Detects a voltage drop in the three-phase 200 VAC power input to connector CX12.
CX12 input voltage range: 0 V to 240 VAC +10% 3φ 50Hz/60Hz ±1Hz
CX12 power failure detection voltage: 140 VAC ±10V
A06B-6091-H002 (400V input type)
Detects a voltage drop in the three-phase 400 VAC power input to connector CX26.
CX26 input voltage range: 0V to 480 VAC +10% 3φ 50Hz/60Hz ±1Hz
CX26 power failure detection voltage: 260 VAC ±20V
Detection delay time is provided so as not to be overly sensitive to instantaneous voltage drops.
Detection delay time can be set in the range from 0 msec to 15 msec, in 1-msec steps. Before
shipment from the factory, it is set to 7 msec. For an explanation of how to set detection delay
time, see Section 6.7.
