This parameter determines a linear acceleration and deceleration before
interpolation. Usually, set the maximum cutting speed (parameter No.1422).
19510
Parameter 2 for determining an acceleration of acceleration/deceleration
before interpolation (each axis)
[Data type] Word axis
[Unit of data] 1ms
[Valid data range] 0 to 1000
This parameter specifies the time required until the speed specified n parameter
1(No.8400) is achieved.
When the bell–shaped acceleration/deceleration before interpolation is used, the
data specified in parameter 1 and parameter 2 determines the maximum
acceleration of bell–shaped acceleration/deceleration before look ahead
interpolation.
The function for linear acceleration/deceleration before interpolation is canceled
when either parameter No.8400 or No.19510 is set to 0 in all axes.
Set for acceleration time up to maximum speed to become 1 second or less.
If the allowable acceleration for one axis is twice as large as that for another or
more, the feedrate may temporarily reduce around corners where the direction
to travel changes suddenly.
8401
Parameter 2 for determining an acceleration of acceleration/deceleration
before interpolation (all axes)
[Data type] Word
[Unit of data] 1ms
[Valid data range] 0 to 4000
The data set by parameter 1 and parameter 2 becomes a maximum acceleration
of bell-shaped acceleration/deceleration.
Note
1. The function for acceleration/deceleration before interpolation is canceled
when either parameter1 or paremeter2 is set to 0.
2. Parameter No.19510 is used when both parameter No.8401 and
No.19510 are set.
