2 Operation
2.1 Format
The AI High Precision / AI Nano High Precision Contour Control mode can be
turned on or off by the following commands. The character of "AI HPCC" is
blinking displayed under the right of the screen in the AI High Precision
Contour Control mode.
" NANO HP" is displayed in the AI Nano High Precision Contour Control mode.
G05 P10000 : Start AI High Precision / AI Nano High Precision Contour
Control mode
G05 P0 : End AI High Precision / AI Nano High Precision Contour
Control mode
Please command G05 alone.
The mode used to perform AI High Precision Contour Control is called AI HPCC
mode and the mode used to perform AI Nano High Precision Contour Control is
called AI NANO HPCC mode.
2.2 Condition of Permitting AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC
Before “G05P10000” can be commanded, the following modal values must be set.
If they are not set, P/S alarm 5012 occurs.
G code Meaning
G13.1 Cancels polar coordinate interpolation.
G40 Cancels tool nose radius compensation.
G50 Cancels scaling.
G50.1 Cancels the programmable mirror image function.
G50.2 Cancels Polygonal turning
G64 Cutting mode
G69.1 Cancels coordinate conversion.
G80 Cancels canned cycles.
G98[G94] Feed per minute
G97 Cancels constant surface speed control.
Txx00 Cancels tool position offset.
2.3 Commands Canceling AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC Temporarily
The AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC mode is automatically canceled when the
following command is done in the AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC mode, and
buffering is stopped. Moreover, the AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC operating signal
EXHPCC becomes "0".
• Auxiliary function (M command)
• The second auxiliary function
• Multiple M commands in a same block
• Spindle function (S command)
• Workpiece coordinate system (G54∼G59)
• Programmable data input (G10)
