5115 SPL:ERROR In the NURBS interpolation,
· There is an error in the specification of the rank.
· No knot is specified.
· The knot specification has an error.
· The number of axes exceeds the limits.
· Other program errors
5116 SPL:ERROR In the NURBS interpolation,
· There is a program error in a block under look–ahead
control.
· Monotone increasing of knots is not observed.
· A mode that cannot be used together is specified.
5117 SPL:ERROR The first control point of NURBS is incorrect.

5123 OVER TOLERANCE OF
END POINT
The difference between the position of the specified and
calculated end points exceeds the permissible value
(parameter No.3471).

SPIRAL
Spiral interpolation or conical interpolation was specified
in the following mode.
· Scaling
· Programmable mirror image
It is in the following conditions in the cutter
compensation C mode

5196 ILLEGAL OPERATION
(HPCC)
· The control axis detaching was done in AI HPCC / AI
NANO HPCC
mode.
After the block being executed now ends, this alarm is
generated if the control axis detaching is done in AI
HPCC
/ AI NANO HPCC mode.
· Manual intervention is executed in G43.4 (tool center
point control) or or G41.5/G42.5(tool radius
compensation for 5-axis machining) or G02.4/G03.4
(three-dimensional circular interpolation) modes.
