6.2 Notes on Operation
• Interlock
The interlock signal for each axis and direction is not effective in AI HPCC / AI
NANO HPCC operation.
• Each axis machine lock, mirror image and inch/metric conversion
The mirror image by the signal, the mirror image by the setting, the each axis
machine lock, and inch/metric conversion (G20/G21) are not operated
immediately if they changed in AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC mode. Please switch
them before AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC is turned on.
• Pocket calculator type decimal point input
Pocket calculator type decimal point input (parameter No.3401#0(DPI)) is not
effective in AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC operation.
• Automatic corner override
An automatic corner override are invalid in AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC
operation.
• MDI operation
It is not possible to operate by switching to the MDI mode in AI HPCC / AI
NANO HPCC mode. The edit of the MDI operation is prohibited in AI HPCC / AI
NANO HPCC mode. Moreover, P/S010 alarm occurs if cycle-start is applied
without inputting the program.
Moreover, it is not possible to instruct in a AI HPCC / AI NANO HPCC in the
MDI mode.(P/S alarm 010 occurs.)
