Counting the feedback signal is in error.

If the RCA bit is set to 1 when both the FBA bit (bit 1 of

alarm 1)and ALD bit of alarm 2 are set to 1 and the EXP

bit of alarm 2 (internal hardware disconnection ) is set to

1, a count miss alarm (CMAL) occurs in the pulse coder.

BZA : battery voltage becomes 0. Replace batteries and set

the reference position.

CKA : The serial pulse coder is defective. Inter

clock has stopped.

SPH : The serial pulse coder or feedback cable is defective.

Counting the feedback signal is in error.
