In automatic rapid traverse, the rapid traverse rate can be overridden by
the value determined by the ROV1 and ROV2 signals.
If the function for varying the speed and time constant according to the
positioning distance is used (bit 7 (KLV) of parameter 16050 and bit 7
(KL2j) of parameter 16844 are set to 1), linear acceleration/deceleration
is executed according to the overridden rapid traverse rate of the
corresponding level and the specified time constant.
For positioning under constant positioning time control (bit (PCT) 6 of
parameter 16050 and bit 6 (PT2j) of parameter 16844 are set to 1), rapid
traverse override is disabled and is always set to 100%.
