NOTE
When bit 0 (PLC01) of parameter No.2000 is set to 1, a value
ten times greater than the value set in this parameter is used
to make the check.

Limit of position deviation during movement in the safety signal mode C for each
axis

Set a limit of position deviation during movement in the safety signal
mode C (a guard open request is input, and the guard is open) for each axis
while the dual check safety function is used.
If a position deviation during a movement exceeds the limit of position
deviation during movement, a servo alarm is raised, and an immediate
stop (same as emergency stop) is made.
With the dual check safety function, the CNC and monitor check the
position deviation in the safety signal mode C (a guard open request is
input, and the guard is open). Otherwise, just the CNC checks the position
deviation.
While the guard is open, axial movements are made at a speed within the
range of safety speed, so that a value smaller than the limit of position
deviation during movement (parameter No. 1828) is set.

To shift the reference position, the grid can be shifted by the amount set in
this parameter. Up to the maximum value counted by the reference
counter can be specified as the grid shift.
