This parameter sets the percentage of the spindle speed to be changed
at the start of the next advancing after the tool is retracted because the
overload torque detection signal is received.
S2 = S1 × d1 ÷ 100
S1: Spindle speed to be changed
S2: Spindle speed changed
Set d1 as a percentage.
NOTE
When 0 is set, the spindle speed is not changed.
