NOTE
This parameter is valid when bit 4 (DOV) of
parameter No. 5200 is set to 1.
If bit 3 (OVU) of parameter No.5201 is set to 1,
10% is set as the units of data. Thus, an override
of up to 2000% can be applied during extraction.
