The Speed Limitation is Extended in the Least Input Increments D(IS-D) and E(IS-E).
(1) Overview
The speed limitation in Series-30i/31i/32i CNC is extended when the least
input increment D(IS-D) or E(IS-E) is selected. It is possible to realize
maximum speed command of 100m/min when using IS-D or IS-E.
(2) Series and editions of applicable servo software
(Series 30i,31i,32i)
Series 90D0/J(10) and subsequent editions
Series 90E0/J(10) and subsequent editions
(3) Series and editions of applicable CNC software
This function needs applicable CNC software.
Series 30i-A G002, G012, G022 series 04.0 and subsequent editions
Series 31i-A G101, G111 series 04.0 and subsequent editions
Series 31i-A5 G121, G131 series 04.0 and subsequent editions
Series 32i-A G201 series 04.0 and subsequent editions (IS-E is not
supported)
(4) Setting parameters
When extending the speed limitation in the least input increment IS-D or IS-E,
please set the following two parameters (No.1013 and No.2282) to 1.

IESP(#7) When the least input increment is D(IS-D) or E(IS-E), the function that allow
to set larger value to the parameter of the speed and the acceleration is:
1: Used.
0: Not used.
For the axis in which this parameter is set to “1” in the least input increment is
D(IS-D) or E(IS-E), the larger value can be set to parameters of the speed and
the acceleration. And it is possible to move in the speed set by the parameters.
When this function is effective, the digit number of decimal point in the
parameter input screen will be changed. The digit number below the decimal
point decreases by one digit in case of the least input increment D(IS-D), and it
decreases by two digits in case of the least input increment E(IS-E).
NOTE
When this parameter is set the power must be turned
off before operation is continued.
